Channeling the Himmatwali Sridevi

Rani Mukherjee imitated screen divas Madhuri Dixit, Sridevi and Juhi Chawla and says being a fan of them all, helped her in emulating their dance moves “He (Sachin) has been a huge fan of Juhi, Madhuri and Sri-ji, so when he discussed the idea with me, I told him that it’s unbelievable that even I am similarly a fan of theirs. I have grown up loving them,”

Gaddalakonda Ganesh (2019) pays a tribute to Sridevi. Coming to the 38-second clip, the makers have retained the original song crooned by SP Balasubrahmanyam and P Susheela, but have fine-tuned it with new sounds. Besides the foot-tapping tune, the original number was famous for Sridevi's waist swaying and 100s of metal pots used as props in the background. Everything remains the same in Valmiki, however, the choreography has changed and thanks to Sekhar Master for some beautiful dance moves danced by Varun Tej & Pooja Hedge.
