Asiavision Radio & TV Awards 2015

Sridevi was honoured with the 'Icon of India' Award at the 10th edition of the prestigious Asiavision Radio awards function at Al Sharjah Cricket Stadium on 2nd December, 2015 wearing a light peach color sabyasachi embroidered saree, diamond earrings, diamond bangle and elegant updo completed her look while she cut a cake and posed for the shutterbugs.

"Sridevi who started her film career as a child artist in 1975 has done stunning roles in several Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada movies. She came back to the silver screen with her movie 'English Vinglish' in 2012 and got Padmashree by the Indian Government. She is voted as the Icon of India," said the award souvenir released during the glittering ceremony.
