Boney Kapoor receives the award for best performance in a leading role - female in behalf of his wife-actress Sridevi for her role in "Mom" during the IIFA Awards of the 19th International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) festival at the Siam Niramit Theatre in Bangkok on June 24th, 2018.

"I dedicate this award to the entire team of MOM," said an emotional Boney Kapoor, after collecting Sridevi's trophy, "I have mixed emotions today. I miss her every minute and second of my life. I still feel she is around here....I want you all to support Janhvi like you supported her mother," he added.
